Accessing "Member Login"
- Located at www.emeraldtranscription.com.
- Click on Client log in (upper right)
- Access with your account number and PIN.
To upload dictated computer (.wav) or digital dictation
files
- Go to Client Login and enter your account number and PIN.
- Click on Audio Upload folder and click on select files.
- Retrieve files on your computer and click upload.
Checking the status of your job
- Go to the Client Login area and enter your account number and PIN.
- Click on Completed Folder.
- Place a check in the box on the files you want or check select all and click download
selected files.
